Weddings

United Church and the North Shore are popular destinations for weddings. Pastor Lawrence and the church are available for weddings for non-members.

Facility

United Church is a beautiful red sandstone building with amazing stained glass windows.  It was built in 1906 and has been lovingly maintained over its more than century long service.  It is recommended to book it at least 3 months in advance.

If you are planning on using an officiant other than Pastor Lawrence this must be cleared first with our Council.  Preference will be given to Presbyterian or United Methodist officiants or denominations with which we are in full communion (such as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America).

The Rev. Lawrence Lee

Pastor Lawrence has done scores of weddings in all sorts of settings since he began his ministry in 1993.  He can facilitate and help make your wedding day a joyous event.  His background in theater direction helps him order and stage a wedding to maximum effect.

To officiate a wedding he recommends at least 3 months advanced notice.
